Global Advisory

TRIMATRA

Three Dimensions. One Integrated Approach.

Strategy. Partnership. Execution.

Scroll

01 — The Firm

An independent global advisory firm, built on two decades of work in Southeast Asia with global reach, for markets where commercial success depends on policy, regulation and institutional decision-making.

We transform complex international opportunities into commercially viable, properly structured and operationally deliverable projects.

Global reach

We work across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, wherever a project requires it.

Southeast Asian foundation

Two decades of depth in Indonesia and Singapore give us judgement that generalist firms cannot replicate.

Advice that ends in delivery

We do not stop at recommendations. We stay through negotiation, structuring, implementation and acceptance.

Why clients appoint an adviser

0.5%

Of more than 16,000 projects studied delivered the promised benefits on budget and on time

>50%

Of joint ventures fail — a rate essentially unchanged across three decades of study

~80%

Average cost overrun across 300+ billion-dollar megaprojects reviewed by McKinsey

Most cost escalation happens before construction begins — during planning, approval and structuring. That is where we work, and it is the reason clients appoint us early rather than late.

A market-entry mandate typically draws on lines 01, 02 and 07. A joint venture adds 03 and 04. A financed programme adds 05 and 06.

How the work moves

  1. Access

Establishing whether a market is worth entering, who decides, and how to reach them.

  2. Structure

Turning an opportunity into a balanced, financeable and compliant agreement.

  3. Delivery

Holding the commercial, technical, regulatory and financing workstreams together until acceptance.

Why TRIMATRA

Integrated advice

Strategic, regulatory, commercial, technical and implementation expertise within a single framework — not four firms coordinating badly.

Senior-led throughout

The adviser who scopes the mandate leads it. Analysis, negotiation and implementation are not delegated to junior teams.

Regional depth & global reach

Two decades of earned judgement in Southeast Asia, applied alongside international technology providers, industrial groups and financing institutions worldwide.

Implementation focus

Work designed to produce clear decisions, workable contracts, measurable responsibilities and executable implementation plans.

Discretion & information control

Sensitive information handled through controlled access, defined communication channels and engagement-specific confidentiality procedures.

Independence

We are not tied to a technology provider, a lender, a contractor or a local partner. Our advice follows the client's interest and nothing else.
